All Camping Information

Whitsunday Islands Camping Information.

We offer camping transfers to 15 different campsites in the beautiful Whitsunday Islands.

We depart once daily on the tide so departure times vary each day and the time needs to be confirmed at least 24 hours prior to departure. We depart from Shute Harbour Marina and we will supply you with 5 litres of water per day per person and water containers.

Snorkelling equipment ( mask - fins - snorkels ) are also included in the transfer price.

Stinger suits can be hired for $7 per night.

Camp kits, camping equipment, stinger suits and Kayaks are also available to hire.

Camp kits cost $40 for the first night and $20 for each additional night.

You must provide your own sleeping bag however we can arrange for these to be hired if needed.

National Parks permits are $5.15 per night per person and are available from www.epa.qld.gov.au or by calling 131304. These can be paid for via cc over the phone or internet.

National Park permits are non refundable, so please check departure and return times with us before booking your permit, however date and location are changeable.

Camping transfers are weather dependent so if the seas are rough we may not be able to guareentee getting you to where you want to go and an alternate location will be provided.

Rates

$65.00pp - return to any of the Molle Islands. 
( Paddle Bay - Sandy Bay - Planton & Denman Islands)

$105.00pp - return to the inner Whitsunday Islands.
( Henning - Naris - Joes - Dugong - Sawmill - Hook Wilderness Resort)

$155.00pp - return to Whitehaven Beach or Chance Bay.

$160.00pp - return to the Hook Island camp sites.
( Crayfish - Maureens - Steens ) 
* Maureens & Steens requires a min of 4 people.

Multiple locations are possibile and are provided at a slightly discount rate, please let us know if you would like to do this and we can provide a quote.

All prices are per person twin share.


OPTIONAL EXTRAS

Kayak Hire $50.00 per day
Sleeping Bags $10.00per person for 1st night then $5.00 each additional night.

CAMPING KIT - $40 for 1^st night & $20 for each additional night.

These kits are set up for 2 people and include:

·        2 or 3 man dome tent

·        single burner gas stove

(includes 1 gas cylinder which lasts approx 2 hours)

·        Pot and Pan

·        2 sleeping mats

·        Esky ( 45 litres)

·        Torch (1 battery included)

·        Container with cups, plates, cutlery, chopping board, tin opener,  detergent and cloth.

INDIVIDUAL ITEMS RATE OF HIRE

·        Tent: $20 - 1^st Night - $15 each extra night

·        Gas cooker: $15 - 1^st night & $8 each extra night

·        Esky: $7  - 1^st night  & $4 each extra night

·        Sleeping Mats: $3 - 1^st night & $2 each extra night

·        Pot & Pan: $5 - 1^st night & $3 each extra night

·        Plates & Cutlery: $5 - 1^st night  & $3 each extra night

·        Torch: $4 - 1^st night & $2 each extra night

·        Extra Gas Cylinders $5 each

·        Stinger Suit: $5 per day

·        Chairs $3 - 1^st night & $2 each extra night

·        A charge of $25 is payable if camp kit isn’t cleaned

·        Extra Gas cylinders for stove may be purchased
