Tour Description
New Horizon is a stunning 21-meter traditional sailing vessel that has beautiful old-world charm with modern comforts such as air conditioning and accommodates up-to 32 passengers and 4 crew.
This is a super-social 2-day 2-night backpacker boat with the perfect combination between chilled and a party atmosphere on a tall ship, which has a cool slide, paddleboards and plenty of space to sunbathe during the day.
The group size is 32 people and it visits both Whitehaven Beach and Hill Inlet and is the perfect balance between chilled and party vibe…
She has plenty of sheltered outdoor spaces and sun tanning space. Not to mention the only budget vessel with air con and her beds are spacious and comfortable, 8 doubles and 16 singles.
She has a new dive board added which is fun for those who have always wanted to “walk the plank”. Have fun with friends on our new paddleboards and enjoy movies (on request) in our movie lounge on our comfy bean bags…
New Horizon offers both certified and introductory diving with a Dive Instructor onboard. All diving is subject to weather & medical conditions and are completed at the discretion of your dive instructor. Scuba diving is optional with limited availability. Payment is made onboard.

What to bring
Please bring only a small soft bag with:
- We only allow small zipless bags onboard the vessel (no hard cases or wheels)
- Alcohol is BYO (maximum of 40 standard drinks per person). Strictly NO glass and NO red wine
- Water bottles to refill
- Beach towel, towel, camera, toiletries
- Sunscreen, sunnies, hat, bathers
- Thongs or sandals (for bush walk)
- Light clothing – Evenings in winter can be chilly, days are hot. Summer is hot and sometimes wet
- Weather proof jacket in wet season for walks

- You will need to complete an online check in prior to your departure
- If you have any dietary requirements other than vegetarian, there may be a dietary surcharge payable when you check in
- You must pack into a small soft bag (no wheels)
- **PUBLIC HOLIDAY SURCHARGE** If your trip is at sea during a public holiday, there is a $40 surcharge payable at check in. Please note these departures are subject to change over the holiday season

Meeting point for departure is at Coral Sea Marina, Airlie Beach (South End)
Please meet at 1.30pm (30 minutes before your departure time of 2:00pm) @ Coral Sea Marina, Southern End, MEETING POINT C, under the white umbrellas near the Whitsunday Jetski Tour office.
