Skydive Australia offers a choice of heights from 8,500ft for $269 to 15,000ft for $369, which includes the compulsory APF levy.

On offer are photo pack or a digital pack where all your memories are stored on to disc.

We recommend jumping in the morning 8- 11 when the light is good and its not too hot.

The Skydive team will pick you up from your Airlie accommodation, once you arrive at the Jump Zone you'll be asked to complete the necessary paperwork and you’ll be issued with a compulsory student permit to jump. Your instructor will show you what positions to take during the jump, to ensure your safety and aero dynamics at all times.

Then you board the aircraft and you'll be taken on a 20 minute scenic flight to get you up to the required height.

From the aircraft you can see many of the 74 islands that make up the Whitsundays group, you may also be able to see Whitehaven from 15,000 ft.
